If FPS are weirdly low it's either of the following:
- Massive, huge coded BPs, that are officially set to "hidden" but still take up resources when hidden
- Massively large textures for foliage assets that appear frequently in miniature size in the world
- Light bleed and overlap in hidden BPs (two lightbulbs overlapping with each other and daylight)
- Dynamic Shadow Cascades set to a high value affecting sunlight
- Foliage assets casting shadows that have no business doing so
And most importantly and difficult to track down:
- Custom collision volumes and convex primitives added to imported assets by the model creator
